• These Terms apply to all customers using our services.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
2.Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
3.Service Usage
You agree not to use Elite Hosting services for:
• DDoS attacks, botnets, malware, or illegal activity
• Hosting copyrighted content without permission
• Fraud, phishing, spamming, or harmful scripts
• Crypto mining (unless specifically allowed)
Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
4.Payments
• All payments must be completed before service activation.
• Failure to pay renewal invoices may lead to suspension or termination.
5.Delivery
• All services are delivered instantly after payment unless stated otherwise.
6.Refund Policy
• Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason.
• Refunds are not provided for:
• Abuse of service
• Misuse
• Violating TOS
• High server load caused by user
• Change of mind
7.Service Suspension
Elite Hosting may suspend or terminate service if a user violates policies or engages in harmful activity.
8.Data Loss
Elite Hosting is not responsible for data loss due to:
• User actions
• Abuse
• System failures
• Termination due to non-payment
Users must maintain their own backups.
9.Liability
Elite Hosting is not liable for downtime, interruptions, data loss, or financial loss arising from service use.
