1.Cancellation by Customer
Users may cancel their service at any time through their client area or by submitting a support ticket.
2.Cancellation by Elite Hosting
Elite Hosting may terminate or suspend service for:
• TOS violations
• Abuse
• Illegal activities
• Payment failure
• Security threats
3.Data Deletion
Once a service is cancelled or expires, data may be permanently deleted.
Backup responsibility is on the customer.
